Ladies
The Termon senior ladies continued on their winning ways on Sunday beating Glenfin 2-11 to 0-5 at The Burn Road. Jodie McFadden scored 1-5, Maria bagged the other goal as Evelyn McGinley, Roisin McCafferty, Shannon McLaughlin and Ciara McGarvey all chipped in with points. Geraldine McLaughlin also made a welcome return to action. Kate McCafferty made her senior debut and it was a first game for the panel’s newest addition Megan Ryan.
Minor
The minor men picked up another solid win in the league on Monday evening beating Sean MacCumhaills 2-13 to 1-1. It was an all round great team effort from start to finish, with some great performances from Eoin Gallagher, Dylan McFadden and Oran Gallagher. The goals were scored by Rian Nibbs and Caolan Curran. Shea Boyle was in fine form with 4 points from play and James Olson, Ciaran Cassidy and Shaun Storey also chipped in with some lovely scores.
Hard luck to our U14 boys who were knocked out in the semi final stage of the Comortas Peile na Gaeltachta against Cloughaneely.
Congratulations to Caelan McTaggart who made his U15 county debut against Derry.
The U14B team had a 2 point win over Letterkenny Gaels to start their league campaign.
Men
It was a difficult afternoon for both men’s sides who lost their respective Division 2 games to Buncrana in testing conditions on Sunday. Both will look to bounce back this weekend against Naomh Muire.
