Good luck to our teams playing in the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta Thír Chonaill hosted by the Naomh Mhuire Lower Rosses club this Bank Holiday weekend.
The junior ladies start the action at The Banks on Friday, playing Kilcar at 8.30pm.
The ladies are chasing a first title and in recent weeks have been building towards the competition with good results and form.
The men are playing in the county finals weekend at senior level for the first time since 2006 and will face a tough semi final on Saturday against county champions Naomh Conaill.
It will be a good test for Trevor Alcorn’s chargers who are unbeaten so far this season and sitting top of their league.
Under the management of Adrian and Kevin McGettigan, the senior ladies face their old foes Glenfin in the senior decider on Monday afternoon.
The Termon side haven’t lifted the cup in a few seasons and will look to make up for the disappointment of losing the Glenfin ladies in recent years.
